amazing stay!
great humor amazing staff really good decor
The staff had such great humor and local knowledge, always happy to help everyone! the quality throughout the whole hotel is really good, from the decor to my room. i must say the staff are amazing. The hotel and atmosphere were wonderful during my recent visit.
Breakfast was very minimal for a five-star hotel. I think it could really do with additional options here, especially pastries and fruit.

The hotel boasts a perfect location just inside the city's walls. I found everything within walking distance. the hotel places guests in an ideal spot for easily walking the town and seeing the surrounding area, amazing!

The staff are cute, friendly, and accommodating! they jumped on the phone to help me with a lost item, which i appreciated. It's fast and convenient when it is raining.

the room was wonderfully appointed, spacious, and clean! the bed was comfortable with some of the nicest linen i have ever had the pleasure to sleep on. i had a large room, which came with a king-size bed.

I found the staff to be very attentive. stephanie and patrick provided excellent service. the restaurant served amazing food!!! the breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options. I noticed the high-quality ingredients.
My room could have been a little bigger. I booked a beautiful king room and it felt somewhat cramped.

the hotel is well located on a quiet street, that's a great plus!!! the area has a unique setting with a great history behind it. i could explore the city very easy.

the staff members were well trained, pleasant, and helpful. i saw that nothing was too much trouble for them, and their local knowledge was excellent. every request was met with a smile.

the room was super clean and comfortable, with little touches of luxury, robes, and slippers. complimentary rituals toiletries were available in the bathrooms. the great shower was easy to use.

the downstairs area has been beautifully restored and looks very of the period. it offers a great atmosphere. the hotel provided everything needed for a relaxing afternoon!!!

the staff was friendly and offered helpful local advice. breakfast included a tasty a la carte menu served with a smile. the location provided easy walking access to restaurants, bars, and the city walls.
i booked a beautiful king room, but the size seemed very small and cramped.

Staff. They looked after our bicycles. the location is fantastic for exploring the city. the staff were very helpful and friendly.

mixed feelings about the stay
non-functional phone cold room
the breakfast had so much choice, it was really fresh.
i stayed for dinner and drinks, i returned to our room at 11:35pm and it was very cold, there was no thermostat in the room to turn the heat up. i tried to ring reception, the phone would not work.

broken phone unresponsive radiator
The valet parking was quite convenient as I could walk everywhere after parking.
The phone in my room did not work, so I could not contact reception when I needed assistance. The room was also very cold at nearly midnight. I could not adjust the thermostat, and the radiator was unresponsive (this was frustrating).
